Refund Policy

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ImperiumBands. If you're not 100% happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  5. Refund: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable period, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at info@imperiumbands.com.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process, and then place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@imperiumbands.com for assistance.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
