Shipping Policy

At ImperiumBands we do our utmost to get your order to you quickly and efficiently. Below you will find all the information about our shipping process:


Processing time

All orders will be processed within 48 hours after payment is received. For products in stock:

  • Orders placed before 23:59 will be delivered the next day (for most products) within the Netherlands.
    If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you.

Postage costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €49 .
  • For orders under €49, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

  • Netherlands: 1-2 working days (stock items: delivered next day if ordered before 23:59).
  • Europe: 5-15 working days.
  • Worldwide: 7-15 business days.

Please note that delivery times may depend on the type of product, local holidays or unforeseen delays.


Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track your package and monitor the progress of the delivery.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note: for international shipments, you as a customer are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. We have no influence on delays due to customs processes.


Lost or Stolen Packages

ImperiumBands is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure to provide a secure shipping address to minimize this risk. If you have any questions, you can always contact us at info @imperiumbands .com .


Not satisfied?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the items received, you can request a return for unused items in new condition within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at info @imperiumbands .com before returning any items. Our team will respond within 24 hours .
